1. How often is JUNIOR BASEBALL published?

Junior Baseball is published six times per year: Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, Jul/Aug, Sep/Oct and Nov/Dec.

2. When will my magazines arrive?

Subscribers’ magazines arrive in mailboxes the first month listed on the cover. For example the Jan/Feb issue will arrive in January, (usually between January 1st and the 15th).

3. When will I get my first issue?

New Subscribers usually receive their first issue within 2-4 weeks. If you already have the current issue please let us know when you order so we can start your subscription with the next issue, allow 4-8 weeks.

4. When will I get my Back Issues, Books, and Videos?

Usually within 2-3 weeks from when we receive your order.

5. Where can I buy the magazine?

Junior Baseball is sold nationwide at select bookstores and newsstands including: Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Borders, Hastings, Media Play, Shinders, Superstand and many independent locations. You may subscribe to Junior Baseball online by clicking here.

6. Can I buy Junior Baseball outside of the U.S.?

Subscriptions are available in Canada, Mexico and other foreign countries and are mailed via Air Mail. International subscribers pay the same subscription rates as those in the U.S., but a surcharge to cover shipping is added to the total. Junior Baseball is also available in digital, tablet-friendly form. 7. Is there a money-back guarantee?

If you are unhappy with your subscription, we will refund the unmailed portion. We will replace defective videos/DVDs if returned within 30 days. Sorry, no refunds on DVDs, videos, books or single copy purchases.

8. If I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

If you’re not happy with our products or services, we want to know about it. Please phone us at 1-888-IT’S-A-HIT! (888-487-2448), or cs@juniorbaseball.com. Please provide the name and address on the original order, a brief description of the problem, e-mail address and daytime phone number. Sometimes delays or events can happen that are out of our control. If you are experiencing a problem please give us a chance to correct the situation. It’s our goal to provide quality products and great service so you’ll want to tell your friends about Junior Baseball!

9. When will my inquiry be answered?

Customer Service returns calls and e-mails daily. We will try to resolve problems immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we will try to call again on another day. During peak seasons it might take 48 hours for a response.

10. Is my personal information kept private?
